Education and Drama for Peace can impact more youth because of the kind support of people who care about global equity.

Education for Peace supports training youth in sport and holds sporting competitions in football and volleyball.

Drama is known to be an effective peace building tool. Young people in camps have little to no experience of expressing themselves and sharing their ideas and skills in a positive way.

Quality education in the camps delivered by camp residents is the only sustainable solution to lack of access to formal education. Lack of money, need to work, language issues and family situations prevent children attending schools outside the camps.

The Education for Peace Team has been working with displaced people in Khartoum and their host communities since 2014. As we are displaced people, most of us living in camps since 2009-2013, we know the challenges that are faced daily.
